Please noteOrders must be placed at least 24 hrs in advance (before 12pm Monday-Saturday) 48-72 hours recommended as we do sell out on pre-orders.
Sliced meat is recommended for those serving right away or same day.
- (On occasion - we may be able to accommodate same day orders.)
- We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is not picked up within the allotted time period.
- We do not offer plates or sandwiches for pre–orders;
- 5 - 10 pounds of meat minimum for pre-order (dependent on availability)
- Tips on ordering:
- We typically recommend 1/2 pound per person plate size or 1/3 lb on a bun
- Example 10 people = order 3-5 lbs. of meat
- "Whole" vs. "Sliced"
