Cancellation policy:

ORDERS UNDER $300
10% CANCELLATION FEE
72 hrs prior to event -Full refund minus 10% fee
under 72 hrs to 48 hrs prior to event - Refund by Gift Certificate minus 10% fee.
under 48 hrs prior to event - No Refund, product can be vacuum sealed and froze for a later pickup time.
ORDERS OVER $300
Paying your deposit contracts you to the following:
20% DEPOSIT DUE AT TIME OF ORDER
ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 30 DAYS ADVANCE.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATION 3 WEEKS OR MORE 10% FEE APPLIES - BALANCE REFUND
CANCELLATIONS 3 to 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE REFUND BY GIFT CERTIFICATE
CANCELLATIONS 2 WEEKS OR LESS OF EVENT - NO CANCELLATION.
