Please note

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hrs in advance (before 12pm Monday-Saturday) 48-72 hours recommended as we do sell out on pre-orders. 
  (On occasion - we may be able to accommodate same day orders.)
• We reserve the right to cancel your order if it is not picked up within the allotted time period.
• We do not offer plates or sandwiches for pre–orders; 3 pounds of meat minimum

 

• Tips on ordering:
• We typically recommend 1/2 pound per person plate size or 1/3 lb on a bun


• Example 10 people = order 3-5 lbs. of meat
• "Whole" vs. "Sliced"  

        Leaving the meat whole is recommended for those serving the food that evening or later;
        this keeps the meat tender for reheating.
        Sliced meat is recommended for those serving right away or within 2–3 hours of pickup.

With our Feast for 10 you will receive 5 of our top meats we smoke fresh daily.
Enjoy  1 Rack Ribs, 1 lb Pulled Pork, 1 lb Beef Brisket, 1 lb Turkey and 3 Smoked Hot Links with a choice of 3 Quart size side items, sliced pickles and Variety of Sauces.
Multiply as needed per quantity of guest's! Sold in 10 guest increments only. Cornbread and buns are available for purchase as well.
